Senior Management
Randy
Davis, Ph.D., President/CEO.
Dr. Davis is a licensed Psychologist and Founder of College Health IPA.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Davis is responsible
for leading the management team while maintaining the company vision and
mission. In addition, he has leadership responsibility for developing
strategic goals and objectives for business growth. For 23 years he was
President of a multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice group. Dr.
Davis has provided consultation services to a variety of behavioral health
integrated delivery systems in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Kevin Gardiner, Vice-President of Financial Operations.
Mr. Gardiner has an extensive background in finance, claims management and information technology. He has worked for over six years within the managed behavioral healthcare industry with increasing levels of responsibility including management of accounts payable and receivable departments and system administrator of a local area network.
Craig Wronski, D.O.,
Medical Director.
Dr. Wronski graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine
in 1987. He completed a three-year residency in Adult Psychiatry
at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center and an additional two-year residency
in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr.
Wronski is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry, Child/Adolescent Psychiatry,
and Administrative Psychiatry. He has maintained a private practice,
has oversight responsibilities for Utilization and Quality Management
at College Hospital Cerritos, and participates in a national drug research
program. Dr. Wronski joined College Health IPA November 2003 and
currently chairs the Quality Improvement Committee.
Ruth Fikes, M.F.T., Vice-President
of Product Management and Compliance.
Ms. Fikes is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been working
in the managed behavioral healthcare industry for the past twelve years.
Her past accomplishments include implementation of information technology
system, coordination of two major account start-ups, and achievement of
URAC Accreditation for Health UM. Currently she directs and oversees all
aspects of product life cycle management including understanding market
demands, technology trends, and the competitive field. Ms. Fikes is responsible
for product development in response to identified market demands.
She also oversees regulatory and account compliance to gain maximum
benefit from each product.
Alice Kuchinskas, M.F.T.,
Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Kuchinskas has been licensed
since 1994 as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She has worked in
private practice and has held numerous management positions in hospital
settings and behavioral health management organizations. Ms. Kuchinskas
joined Comprehensive Behavioral Health Management in October of 2006.
She reports directly to the President/CEO and has oversight of
all clinical, utilization management and quality improvement programs.
She chairs the Utilization Management Committee and participates in the
Network Management, Risk Management and Quality Improvement Committees.
Trisha Singh., R.N., Director of Intensive Services
Ms. Singh is a Licensed RN. She has extensive clinical experience in behavioral health acute and day treatment settings. Prior to her employment with CBHM, she was a Charge Nurse for seven years at a free-standing psychiatric facility. Ms. Singh has been employed with CBHM since 2000. Previously, Ms. Singh was the Lead Utilization Management Coordinator on the Intensive Services Team. She is currently responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of intensive higher level of care services, including monitoring policy’s and procedures, utilization targets, and quality improvement projects. Ms. Singh participates in Utilization Mnagement, Quality Improvement and Regulatory Committee meetings.
Neil Collins, M.F.T.,
Director of Care Management.
Mr. Collins is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has
extensive clinical experience within acute care environments providing
assessment, treatment, and discharge planning. He is presently responsible
for ensuring access and referral standards and the evaluation, development
and implementation of clinical case management under the guidelines of
the various payers' medical necessity requirements. In addition he participates
in the Network Management, Utilization Management, and Quality Improvement
Committees and plays an active role in the ongoing management of policies
and procedures under the leadership of the Vice-President of Clinical
Servies.
Miguel Rodriguez, Provider Network Manager
Mr. Rodriguez has extensive training and experience in the credentialing field, as well as experience in contracting, implementation and expansion of new and existing provider networks.
He acts as an advocate for our providers, faciltates credentialing activities, expands the provider network, and negotiates provider contracting. In his current
role, Mr. Rodriguez chairs the Network Management Committee and participates
in the Quality Improvement Committee.
