About Us
Comprehensive Behavioral Health Management (CBHM) is a behavioral health management service organization based in Los Angeles County, California.   Since 1991 we have provided managed behavioral health services through our long-term exclusive contract with College Health IPA (CHIPA).  As one of the largest regional behavioral health delivery systems, currently serving 1.4 million members in California and Arizona, CBHM provides member education, access, utilization management, quality improvement, network development, claims payment and information technology services.

More recently, to meet the emerging market for specialty behavioral management services, CBHM has begun the process of expanding our scope of services to include wellness programs, disability and occupation health programs, and care coordination programs.  At the core of these services remains our longstanding commitment to provide culturally sensitive, superior customer service while maintaining our vision to improve the overall behavioral healthcare experience.

CBHM is fully accredited by the American Accreditation HealthCare Commission, Inc. (URAC), for our health utilization management services.
