On behalf of College Health IPA (CHIPA) Comprehensive Behavioral Health Management (CBHM) has developed a Network Manual, which is a comprehensive document that explains our company, and how to do business with us. Network participants are strongly encouraged to become familiar with all aspects of this manual.
