Healthy Focus offers the Behavioral Wellness Program (BWP) an innovative online behavioral solution that engages consumers, employers, and healthcare providers in a partnership for health, which creates behavioral change and provides for long-term wellness.

The Behavioral Wellness Program (BWP) is flexible for use by all purchasers and/or providers of health care services (e.g., employers, primary medical groups, student health centers, Medicare/Medicaid programs, and health plans). The BWP is designed to address the fundamental barriers contributing to experience of personal distress, frequent work absenteeism and/or decreased productivity, and increased utilization of multiple healthcare resources.

By participating in BWP, consumers

• Complete an online Bio-Behavioral Wellness Assessment
• Receive a personalized Wellness Report highlighting healthy and high-risk behaviors.
• Develop Customized Wellness Plans
• Have access to an Online Wellness Library
• Are supported through Professional Wellness Coaching

Purchasers receive

• A Population Wellness Report that identifies demographic differences, which may be a cause of stress in their populations, as well as the cost exposures.
• Recommended solutions to reshape or reinforce management strategies.
• Organizational Coaching as needed.
