Quality Management
College Health IPA and Comprehensive
Behavioral Health Management believe that the key to our success is
our commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement of services to our
members, providers, and business partners. Our Quality Management Program
encompasses all business operations related to the provision of behavioral
healthcare services. Bi-Monthly committee meetings, under the direction of
the Medical Director, provide the structure for continual review of internal
processes and their associated quality indicators, as well as the opportunity
to examine trends and develop strategies for continued improvement. Our
Information Technology System allows for the gathering and reporting of
data related to key quality indicators. Ongoing monitoring occurs through
the Quality Management Department review of standards related to the following
items:
- Member Access
- Member Satisfaction
- Member Education
- Complaints and Grievances
- Untoward Events/Critical Incidents
- Over or Under Utilization
- Denials and Appeals
- Provider Satisfaction
- Provider Education
- State and Federal Regulatory Compliance
- URAC Standards
