The College Health IPA was developed to meet the rapidly growing demand for a behavioral health delivery system, that will meet our members' needs and fulfill the growing quality and regulatory expectations of our various purchasers and business partners. The current network of 3,000 contracted providers within California and Arizona, has helped enable us to supply value added services to our members and business partners. Comprehensive Behavioral Health Management, our management services partner, provides the necessary member education, access, utilization management, quality improvement, network development, claims payment and information technology services for College Health IPA. Our current membership of 1.4 million California residents makes College Health IPA one of the largest regional behavioral health delivery systems.
