Since 1991, Carelon Health IPA of California (CHIPA) has been providing managed behavioral health services to California residents. We are one of the state's largest regional behavioral health delivery systems. CHIPA, in alliance with Carelon Behavioral Health, helps bring together the various pieces of the health care puzzle to achieve better results for the people in our care.
